We are all familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote and we understand their value. But we are potentially unfamiliar with ambiguous tools like: Admin, Azure, Delve, Docs, Dynamics, Flow, GigJam, Groups, "IM", Lens, Mail, Newsfeed, OneDrive, Planner, Portal, PowerApps, SharePoint/Sites, Skype, StaffHub, Store, Sway, Tasks, Teams, Yammer, and Wunderlist. The purpose of these tools can be difficult to ascertain and we don't always understand the value that they bestow. This is exacerbated when the same names are used for different experiences or when different names are used for very similar experiences. When should I use which tool?
