Leadership Skills for Digital Disruption

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

This session stems from the University of Arizona's Eller Executive Education research into the differences between digital challengers and corporate incumbents. The idea that incumbents are destined to give way to a new breed of nimbler and digital savvy challengers is an oversimplification. This session will help the conference attendees understand what leadership skills incumbents need to develop to compete and also what fatal mistakes challengers need to avoid as they build future-proof organizations. The session will include an insight-to-action toolkit to implement change in your organization from the very next day.
